Euro Catering was born out of a dream to introduce anyone we encounter to our wonderful Romanian culture and its delicious cuisine. Realizing Knoxville, TN, did not have an Eastern European Restaurant, we saw it as an amazing opportunity to introduce that part of the world to you all. From our most famous cabbage rolls with polenta, home made sausages, our very famous soups (ciorbe!), to the most amazing desserts (calories don’t count!), we aim to bring a little (or rather a lot) of European flair into your get-togethers. Whether it’s just family gatherings or corporate events - believe us, your guests will be impressed!
My name is Cristian and I have worked my whole life in restaurants – as a musician. During the free time I had, I was fascinated by the great chefs I have had the pleasure of meeting and who were more than gracious to allow me to work in the kitchen alongside them. I have learned from the best chefs cooking in the prestigious kitchens of Bucharest, Romania at that time. My passion for food helped me bring joy into people’s lives by providing home cooked meals that for some was just like their “mama’s cooking”, while for others it was an introduction to the exact opposite of their “mama’s cooking”. Alongside my beautiful wife, Letitia, the master baker, we hope to either bring “home” back to you or introduce you to our home. Believe me, the moment you enjoy our food you will want to buy a plane ticket to Eastern Europe!
